Eligibility requirements
Open to learners in South Africa who are preparing for school or tertiary exams. Entry is free and no purchase is required. Entrants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the consent section on the entry form before the entry can be reviewed.
Entry opening and closing dates
Entries open on Monday, 12 October 2026 at 09:00 SAST and close on Friday, 16 October 2026 at 23:59 SAST. Entries received outside this period cannot be accepted.
How to enter
Complete the entry form on the Buyza Exam Ready Giveaway page during the entry period and submit it. One entry per learner.
Number of recipients
Five (5) learners will be selected, each receiving one stationery pack.
Prize contents and value
Each recipient receives one Buyza School Stationery Essentials Bundle – Pens, Pencils, Highlighters, Books & Accessories, as listed on the Buyza website. The confirmed value is the listed price of that pack on the Buyza website on the date of selection. The prize is not exchangeable for cash and no alternative is offered.
How recipients are selected
Entries are reviewed by the Buyza team against the learner's written response and circumstances, and recipients are chosen on how receiving the stationery pack would support their exam preparation. Selection is a judged process carried out by the Buyza team. It is not a random draw and it is not independently supervised.
Announcement date
The selected recipients are planned to be announced on Sunday, 18 October 2026.
Notification procedure
Selected recipients, and for entrants under 18 their parent or legal guardian, are contacted privately using the contact details given on the entry form. If a recipient cannot be reached within a reasonable period, another eligible entry may be selected instead.
Prize delivery or collection
Each prize pack is delivered or collected by arrangement with the recipient, at no cost to the recipient. Delivery or collection details are confirmed privately with each recipient.
Duplicate and fraudulent entries
One entry per learner. Entries using the same email address or mobile number as an earlier entry are treated as duplicates and removed. Incomplete, automated, fraudulent or false entries are ineligible.
Privacy and parental consent
Personal information is collected only to run this giveaway and to contact selected recipients. Entrants under 18 require parent or legal guardian consent, confirmed before the entry can be reviewed. Entrants may be asked for separate permission before being named publicly. Marketing consent is optional, is not a condition of entry, and is recorded separately.
